الوصف الوظيفي
- Process Optimization: Analyzing current production methods and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure all concrete artworks meet our exacting standards for durability, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.
- Production Planning: Creating production schedules, coordinating workflows, and managing resources to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality output
- Tooling and Equipment Management: Evaluating, selecting, and maintaining production equipment and tools. Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure continuous operation
- Team Leadership and Training: Providing technical guidance and training to production staff. Ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Communicate with external workshops: our products are the result of multiple material selections, from wood, brass, stainless stee and iron. your role will include vetting and organizing communication with other potential vendors to ensure the best quality of product to be received and utilized to complement our product.
