Lead Senior Rail Engineer

The Opportunity and Experience Required:

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Rail Engineer with significant track design experience working for a global engineering consultancy on major resource / rail projects throughout Australia.

• 10 years experience in Civil Engineering/Design Delivery Role
• Proven experience in Rail and wider civil projects specifically detailed design of Rail Track.
• Previous experience in an EPCM working on major resource projects.
• Experience in quality during construction.
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Member of Engineers Australia with Chartered Status (CPEng) is desirable.
• Proven experience managing the interaction with Clients on detail civil design risk management and design principals.
• High attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of engineering designs and calculations.
• Experience in Design and Project management.
• Report directly to the Design Group Manager.
