Performance Marketing Manager

Were seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. The key goal is driving results through smart datadriven digital marketing strategies. Youll be creating tweaking and managing online marketing campaigns as well as growing the referral program all to get a positive return on investment (ROI).

Youll collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns establishing Squareshot as a goto destination for fashionrelated visual content production.

Tasks

• Undertake strategic planning for marketing campaigns.
• Launch and run PPC campaigns.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies.
• Grow the companys Referral and Affiliate programs.
• Manage and build new email marketing campaigns.
• Partake in product improvement to increase conversion rates (CRO)
• Test and experiment with new growth channels
• Optimize existing growth and marketing channels
• Collaborate with Squareshots content team to manage a marketing plan.
• Analyze performance and make datadriven decisions.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proven track record executing effective marketing strategies focused on attracting new clients and increasing customer retention.
• Ability to collect and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Teamplayer and storyteller.
• A tech enthusiast who is passionate about exploring and integrating cuttingedge technologies including AI.
