Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a Sage 300 People Payroll Administrator for a client to provide an efficient and compliant payroll service to ensure accurate payroll records of employees as well as to facilitate the timeous and accurate processing of all outsourced payrolls.
Provide efficient Payroll service:
Provide general payroll consulting service to the organisation
Provide appropriate information and support to Line in connection with payroll issues
Ensure payroll protocols are maintained at all times
Ensure accurate and current Payroll data is provided weekly and monthly to facilitate key management decisionmaking
Coordinate and ensure organisational compliance to the legislative requirements of the Payroll
Liaise with Finance regarding accruals for payroll costs
Provide proforma salary slips for Recruitment purposes as requested
Ensure timeous processing of batches/spreadsheets received onto the system
Ensure employeeelected changes are recorded in accordance with policy and that changes are made timeously
Liaise with financial institutions regarding pay runs monthly
Ensure financial protocols are adhered to for payroll signoff
Complete monthly reconciliations for submission to Third Parties
Coordinate adhoc interim payment or collections of erroneous payments
Facilitate annual payroll audits
Ensure timeous deactivation of exited employees on the system
Ensure Pension/Provident Fund is managed appropriately according to organisation and Fund rules and regulations
Reconcile 3rd party payments
Requirements
Qualifications:
Qualification in an industryrelated field and/or a relevant diploma
Must have seasoned experience in Sage 300 People
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in a related role
