Job Description

As a Remote ItalianSpeaking Travel Agent your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer support through phone email and chat to Italianspeaking clients.
• Travel Planning: Assisting clients with planning and booking travel arrangements such as flights accommodations transportation and activities.
• Sales: Promoting and selling travel packages tours and services tailored to clients needs and preferences.
• ProblemSolving: Handling and resolving any travelrelated issues or concerns clients may face before during or after their trips.
• Documentation: Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all travel documents.
• Research: Staying updated on the latest travel trends destinations and industry news to offer informed recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and at least a B2 level of English.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
• Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computers the internet and various travel booking software.
