Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
• Employing a scripted approach to introduce and highlight product features
• Identifying and qualifying leads through coldcalling and research
• Build relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Address objections effectively and provide on customer responses/market trends
• A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements :

• Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales technique
• Fluency in English is essential bilingual is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information
• speed and accuracy in typing
• Experiencing in a position where meeting sales goal is important indication of performance
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills
