Data Science Analyst

About the job

This role bridges the gap between the Data Science team and the target functions by translating datadriven recommendations into actionable insights for target functions. You will play a crucial role in validating and communicating the effectiveness of these recommendations to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand their models methodologies and the reasoning behind specific recommendations.
• Translate complex data science findings into clear concise and actionable insights for target functions.
• Develop strategies to validate the effectiveness of data science recommendations through standard testing methodologies.
• Create compelling presentations training materials and communication strategies to educate and empower target functions on how to leverage data science insights.
• Facilitate feedback loops between target functions and Data Science ensuring recommendations are continually refined based on realworld application.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to the target functions.
• Track and report on the impact of data science recommendations on sales performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates revenue)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or higher degree in Business Analytics Statistics Marketing Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in a sales environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor content for a nontechnical audience.
• Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear and actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
