Customer Service Representative
Pay:$15/hr.
Hours:8AM4:30PM Monday Friday

Job Description:
The customer service representative will manage large volumes of emails and inbound/outbound calls efficiently. Responsibilities include identifying customers needs clarifying information researching issues and providing solutions. Will adhere to communication scripts for various topics ensuring clarity and consistency. Strive to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Accurately document all conversations in the call center database. Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
