Tarabezah is an application that helps users find suitable hangout places and reserve tables. The mobile app offers a wide variety of choices for restaurants, lounges, and cafes, allowing users to instantly reserve a table. Tarabezah is socially aware, user-friendly, up-to-date, and aims to satisfy customer demands. Users can also earn promotions when reserving at venues collaborating with the Tarabezah app.

The application is currently available in Amman, Jordan and Tarabezah has plans to expand to the rest of the Middle East.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for an Account Manager at Tarabezah. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with partner venues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The role involves overseeing reservations, coordinating promotional activities, analyzing data and market trends, and providing excellent customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
