Overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in literature reviews and data collection.
• Conduct analysis on research findings.
• Support in drafting research reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Contribute to the development of research methodologies.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to research projects.
• Collaborate with team members on research initiatives.
• Help in organizing and maintaining research databases and files.
• Conduct preliminary research on various topics.
• Assist in the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.
• Provide support in the coordination of research activities and events.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of research processes and procedures.
• Assist in the dissemination of research findings through various channels.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops related to research methods and tools.

Required qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (e.g. Social Sciences Economics Public Health etc.).
• Demonstrated interest in research and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Understanding of basic research methodologies and tools.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and approaches.
• Prior exposure to academic or professional research projects is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
