Hiring Junior Architect with AI Image Generation and Rendering Skills
Summary of the Role:
Join Us as a Junior Architect if youre passionate about architecture and eager to integrate AI image generation and rendering into your designs. This role is ideal for individuals with 01 years of experience looking to kickstart their career with PanIndia largescale projects You will work on innovative projects across India contributing to the design and development of architectural plans and visualizations.
Job Location: Greater Kailash New Delhi 110048
Working Days: Monday Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
What Success in the Position Looks Like
Success in this role means producing highquality architectural drawings and renderings that meet project specifications and deadlines. You will effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and communicate your ideas clearly. Apart from that you will be actively involved in delivering working drawings and participating in all aspects of project delivery. Your contributions will support the timely and efficient completion of projects fostering the companys reputation for excellence in architecture.
How This Role Fits into the Organization Overall:
As a Junior Architect you will be an integral part of DFIs design team bringing fresh perspectives and technical skills to our projects. Your work will directly impact the visual and functional quality of our architectural endeavors helping the company maintain its competitive edge in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- AI Integration: Utilize AI image generation and rendering tools to create detailed architectural visualizations.
- Design Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural plans and drawings using software like AutoCAD SketchUp and Lumion.
- Project Support: Support senior architects in managing multiple projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineers and construction managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communication: Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and detailed documentation.
- Technical Detailing: Develop working drawings and technical details for largescale projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Arch from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 01 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and Lumion. Familiarity with AI image generation and rendering tools such as Dall.E Midjourney D5
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Detailoriented: Keen attention to detail in all aspects of design and documentation.
