• Administer and interpret career assessments and inventories.

• Provide support to clients with career transitions and job loss.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and employers to facilitate networking opportunities for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Stay abreast of counseling best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Utilize technology for virtual counseling and communication.
• Offer guidance to diverse populations with varying needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology Education or related field.
• Proven experience in career counseling coaching or advising.
• Certification or licensure in counseling or related field (e.g. NCC LPC or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of career development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting career assessments.
• Understanding of labor market trends and employment resources.
