Overview:

The Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This remote position is crucial in influencing the companys growth and success through the acquisition of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
  • Facilitate and lead the decisionmaking process and offer recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded in the applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of recruiting issues and trends within the industry.
  • Prepare and present regular recruiting reports to the management team.
  • Participate in other HR projects as necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc).
  • Experience in and knowledge of fullcycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment law and regulations.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resultsdriven and targetoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional contacts.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites such as LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience with conducting interviews and candidate screening processes.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently.
