Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager for our Consulting Business. The
role involves generating leads engaging with senior leaders and driving sales in the
government sector. Proven track record industry expertise and a network with CIOs/CTOs are
essential.
Responsibilities:
1. To fully understand a prospective s business problem and construct a solution around
that problem by leveraging company s advisory capabilities.
2. Generate Leads and interact with prospective customers through executive meetings discovery conversations solution demonstrations executive presentations and followup discussions.
3. Experience engaging with senior leaders (CXO level) on various solutions and business problems.
4. Able to listen to and analyze a clients requirements and present a compelling business value message of a solution.
5. Respond to the functional and business requirements and capabilities sections of
RFI/RFPs
6. Collect and communicate competitive intelligence from the field.
7. Be a GoTo Person on competitive information for Products Process Industry and Verticals
8. Exchange best practices and share knowledge within Delivery teams.
Qualifications:
1. BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Selling IT Tools or Technology Products or IT
consulting services consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Previous experience in the government sector is mandatory.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization.
5. Must have a good connection with CIOs or CTOs.
6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
7. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
8. Willing to travel.
9. Highly energetic with a go getter approach.
10. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
11. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
