Tasks

• Support ongoing projects by providing legal advice on various matters.
• Advise on and manage supply chain contracts and purchase agreements ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risks.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support project teams and business units.
• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Ensure that all contractual and legal obligations are met and provide solutions for any legal issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland or Germany
• Min. 4 years of PQE
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and purchase agreements
