About The Role

As a Brokerage Pricing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue across various customer segments. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets products and pricing methods employed by other market players.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing models that maximize revenue across different customer segments taking into account market dynamics competitive landscape and customer preferences.

  • Analyze market trends competitor pricing strategies and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

  • Collaborate with sales marketing and product development teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain pricing tools dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to management.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends that may impact pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure they are equipped to communicate pricing strategies effectively to clients.

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with financial goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field.Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred.

  • Proven experience in revenue management pricing strategy or related roles within the brokerage or financial services industry.

  • Indepth knowledge of financial markets products and pricing methods employed by competitors.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex pricing strategies to various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results.
