Lead the creation of exceptional user experiences at Wemolo drive the product design strategy and build a worldclass design team that collaborates seamlessly with other departments.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Design Leadership: Lead the design and development of all user experiences ensuring they are intuitive and easy to use for our customer base
• User Obsession: Ensure a strong customer voice at Wemolo through databacked ideas and solutions
• Vision & Strategy: Develop and drive the product design vision and strategy that delivers significant user and business value
• Design Systems: Drive the development of our design system and unified design processes to ensure a consistent visual appearance
• Team Development: Develop a worldclass product design team by hiring managing performance supporting growth and mentoring
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with leaders of other functions (e.g. Product Engineering Data Marketing) to ensure effective collaboration and execution of company strategy

INSPIRE US BY

• Your Background: You have a strong track record of professional experience in designing software applications and meeting user needs
• Research Focus: You can demonstrate a strong emphasis on research and datadriven decisionmaking in your work as a designer
• Detail Orientation: You have a great eye for detail and high standards regarding visual design
• You know your craft: You are highly confident with each step of UX Processes (e.g. Design Thinking). Obtaining user insights through fitting research methods designing in Figma and testing with various tools (e.g. Maze Hotjar or similar) are your daily bread.
• Your Language Skills: Strong written and spoken German and English skills are a must
• What makes you stand out: experience in industrial design motion design interaction design or UX Writing are a plus
