Head of Growth - Demand Gen B2B SaaS - Renewables

Innential is a VCbacked AI startup located in Berlin Germany.

Were building AI Assistants for Technical Service and Support teams in the renewable energy sector to automate their daytoday operations.

Were looking for demand generation pro who loves the top of the funnel coming up with new lead gen experiments and is not afraid to get their hands dirty and move fast.

You will work directly with the CEO VP Product and small growth team.

Tasks

• Create predictable top of the funnel
• Help us achieve Channel Market Fit
• Optimize our lead gen experiments engine
• Create connections at events associations and through multipliers in Germany Europe or US
• Create segmentation positioning and packaging strategy
• Support Product team on Growth Loops / Lead Gen ideas

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Startup Experience in B2B SaaS proven by references from previous jobs
• Experience in selling to the Renewable Energy sector (Solar Heatpumps Energy Storage etc.)
• You have a very good understanding of markets segmentation and positioning
• You are experience in setting up and scaling growth operations
• You are a doer not afraid to get hands dirty and hussle to get things done
• You love to learn about new tech especially in the field of AI
• English and German (C1/C2)
