Open Position: Application Training Specialist (IT Based Company)

An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Training Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.

Key responsibilities include:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

More than 3 years of working experience in the related field.

Design develop and deliver training programs and materials for endusers both inperson and virtually.

Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized training plans to address specific user needs.

Evaluate and assess training effectiveness through participant feedback skill assessments and knowledge retention tests.

Continuously update training materials and programs to reflect software updates new features and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on user experience software usability and potential enhancements.

Proficiency in using training software and tools such as learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia authoring tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and timelines effectively.

Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language.
