Transportation Project Manager Lead

Leading U.S. engineering consulting firm is seeking a Lead Transportation Project Manager for their Madison Wisconsin office!

Responsibilities:

• Lead project team (set priorities develop objectives team financial management and project staffing)
  
• Take responsibility for projects and pursuits
  
• Provide technical leadership to team
  
• Assist with business development by developing strategic plans marketing activities client development and presentation/proposal development
  
• Must be involved in a professional society
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering
  
• 8 years of design experience in transportation engineering highway design and local street design
  
• PE License
  
• Experience working with WisDOT design/standards
  
• Project management experience working with WisDOT
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil3D software
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
