About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads nurturing prospects and scheduling meetings. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive approach to prospecting and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for penetrating and expanding market share
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling networking and leveraging industry relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential clients.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
- Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline ensuring timely followup and closure of opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Continuously assess and improve sales strategies based on performance metrics.
- Astute and methodical way of documenting.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in Business Development.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
