الوصف الوظيفي
Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: South Mashpee MA 02649
Shift Timings:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 16:30 p.m 9:30 a.m.1800 p.m. or 1 l:30am to 20:00 occasionally earlier or later depending on needs.
Holidays: Holiday shift would begin 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m or 11 :30 a.m. to 1800 p.m
Start Date: August 2024
Duration: 12 Months (Full Time or Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Providing medication and counseling to ensure patient understanding and adherence.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Ensuring medication safety by monitoring for potential risks and interactions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient medications.
- Shall provide pharmacy duties during the specific tour of duty as well as rotation into other duty assignments as needed to support patient care as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualification:
License: Current active unrestricted Pharmacist license from any State Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) months relevant experience within the last thirtysix (36) months.
