Project Development Specialist - Poland

Now there is the unique opportunity to join our team as Project Development Specialist.

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and support photovoltaic project development from planning through to completion and beyond ensuring all documentation permits and approvals are secured in a timely manner. This includes coordinating with design firms environmental consultants and local government entities as well as managing relationships with various stakeholders such as landowners and internal departments.

Skills :

Project coordination and support along the planning process and the whole cycle of development until RTB/COD and beyond

Preparing documentation for securing environmental decisions including EIAs site conditions and building permits.

Ensuring the completeness and timely submission of required documents.

Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with local government entities.

Coordinating project activities with design firms and environmental consultants.

Assisting in negotiating land lease agreements for photovoltaic installations.

Analyzing technical documentation and creating electronic maps.

Utilizing AutoCAD and similar tools for project documentation.

Stakeholders management including landowners local authorities third party consultants advisors and relevant internal departments.

Performing additional duties related to the execution of photovoltaic projects.
