We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver you will provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in need helping them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes or in our care facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide oneonone support and companionship to clients

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming

Help with meal preparation feeding and medication management

Support mobility and transfers including lifting and transferring clients as needed

Assist with household tasks such as laundry and light housekeeping

Provide emotional support and empathy to clients and their families

Monitor and report any changes in clients conditions or needs

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

0 more years of experience in caregiving or a related field

Ability to lift transfer and move clients as needed

Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pass a background check and drug screening

Working Conditions:
