Experience: 8 year of experience in quality department under steel pipe manufacturing concerns

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical engineering

Responsibilities:

Leading Operation & Quality team and initiating improvements in quality control
Responsible for overseeing all activities within the quality department ensuring adherence to the standards & procedure.
Overseeing the production process to ensure product quality and recommend methods for improvement fostering continuous enhancement.
Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products and monitoring their compliance
Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Supervise inspectors technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Should be able manage a team smoothly
Strong knowledge in ISI audit standards
Monitoring cost and leading team to reduce cost.
Responsible for documentation & implementation of system with team members as per standard requirements. Keep accurate documentation to perform statistical analysis
