KPI for the Project Associates :

Proficient in industry MS Office (WORD EXCEL POWERPOINT) & MS Project.

Maintaining high team morale and adaptability to project requirement

Supporting PMs to keep the project on scheduled track

Able to prepare/ read SLD equipment layout

Attending site and factory & site coordination meetings

Preparing purchase & PI and Invoice requisition for SCM & Accounts Department

respectively

Able to visit at suppliers site occasionally for business interest

Maintaining proper project documentation and MIS (Management Information System)

Coordination with suppliers customer and factory for ontime project delivery

Preparing Scheduled project report for management.
