We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coffee House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee house. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee shop management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the coffee house runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of baristas and support staff. Schedule shifts, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive team environment.

- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure products are of the highest quality.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all beverages and food items are prepared to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the coffee house.

- Financial Oversight: Manage daily financial operations, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting. Develop strategies to meet sales targets and control costs.

- Marketing and Promotion: Implement and oversee marketing initiatives, including social media management, promotions, and community events to drive customer engagement and sales.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a coffee shop or food and beverage management role.
