Pediatric Physical Therapist Wanted

• Develop individualized educational plans aimed at improving patients mobility function and quality of life.
  
• Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
  
• Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises manual therapy techniques and modalities to address patients needs.
  
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs injury prevention and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health.
  
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients physical conditions including assessing strength range of motion balance and coordination.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations treatments and progress notes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including physicians occupational therapists and speech therapists to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  

Requirements

• Commitment to providing compassionate patientcentered care.
  
• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  
• Current state licensures or eligibility for licensures as a Physical Therapist.
  
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
