Customer Support Executive

Location: Sivakasi and Tirunelveli (Mukkudal)

Responsibilities:

• Manage project milestones and track progress.
  
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and align expectations with production schedules.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Conduct project testing and ensure smooth project handover.
  
• Organize project data and maintain a filing system.
  
• Participate in weekly team meetings to update on project status.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology English Literature or Mathematics.
  
• Strong English communication skills.
