Job Overview:

Are you driven by the powerful potential of AI especially in programming As a Developer Relations Manager at Refact.ai you will play a crucial role in evangelizing our AI coding assistant to developers worldwide. And as its opensource theres a huge potential for collaboration and collective advancement within the developer community.

Your goal is to inspire educate and empower developers creating a vibrant community and driving the adoption of Refact.ai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the internal community on Discord to increase interaction.

• Develop and realize a community strategy to attract new members and foster engagement.

• Participate in and represent the company on external platforms such as Discord GitHub and Stack Overflow.

• Lead and participate in tech conferences and meetups to connect with developers both online and offline (the company will cover all the costs).

• Organize online hackathons to help us find the best talents.

• Create diverse media content: videos blog posts case studies and webinars.

• Provide developers and users needs and insights to the team.

• Keep all product documentation uptodate and create clear documentation for new features.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and drive user adoption.

• Establish partnerships with tech companies and influencers all over the world to expand Refact.ais awareness.

Requirements:

• Be enthusiastic about AI technology especially in programming.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role preferably as a Developer Relations Manager Technical Community Manager Product Evangelist or similar positions.

• Proficiency in programming with multiple languages (Python is the main priority then all other languages JavaScript C etc.).

• Understanding of developer community dynamics.

• Ability to tailor content to resonate with developers needs driving community growth.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Experience in creating engaging media content.

• Experience in creating and delivering presentations at conferences and meetups.

Working hours:

Please plan your 9hour workday so that 56 hours fall between 9 am and 5 pm CEST (Barcelona time you may check the time difference here). The remaining hours can be scheduled outside this time frame.

What we offer:

• Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

• Remote work. You may be located in almost any country just need a good Internet connection a computer to work from and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.

• Stability. This is not project work we consider only the candidates looking for a longterm commitment of 1.5 years.
