ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Admin / Business Analyst for a ContracttoHire role in Arlington TX. This role will collaborate across IT and business units to translate requirements into executable functions enhance system capabilities and ensure seamless deployment. Responsibilities include evaluating processes for improvement participating in project communications assessing risk and managing requirement lifecycles. The Analyst will meticulously document issues design solutions and conduct comprehensive testing to validate software performance. They'll also assist in defining project scope drafting quality assurance protocols and providing essential support to senior leadership. This role demands ethical conduct proactive problemsolving and effective communication skills to contribute to project success and enhance company operations.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3 years in the following skill sets...

• MS Dynamics CRM Administration / Design / Troubleshooting / Support
• Application design software Figma Balsamiq etc
• Development methodologies Agile / Scrum
• Software and database testing
  • Experience or exposure to programming languages QA methodologies and test management software UI/UX applications
  • Designing and manipulating test data validating stored jobs and replicating errors
• Interpretation and implementation of quality assurance standards providing accurate feedback
• Strong analytical skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills serving as a liaison between developers project managers and customer support
• Attention to detail analytical and problemsolving abilities

HIGHLY DESIRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems
• Experience creating SQL Queries from scratch
