- Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banks ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Understand the financial and strategic needs of our partners to offer tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with various banks to grant/open new credit lines.
- Oversee the application and approval process for credit lines ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Monitor and manage existing credit lines ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with terms.
- Lead negotiations on pricing and terms for credit lines and other financial products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to secure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align negotiation strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential banking/Financial institutions partners and opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on relationship status credit line utilization and pricing agreements.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance relationships and expand credit lines.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with banking relationships and credit line management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all negotiations and agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Finance or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services sector with a focus on banking and credit lines including substantial experience in the Financial Institutions department dealing with foreign correspondent banks.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of banking products including credit lines and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing complex relationships and achieving strategic goals.
