German Content Moderator - PORTO

Our client is a leading company that represents a variety of markets and have specialists within the customer care area in ecommerce streaming services tech companies social media tourism and many more all over the world.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content across various digital platforms including but not limited to text images videos and comments.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and escalate content that violates terms of service copyright laws or poses potential risks to users.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in German & English
• Highschool Degree
• Dynamic and Proactive
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
• Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
• Based in Porto or willing to relocate (This position is at the office).
• Relocation package on offer
• Able to immediate start (interviews in the 17th june starting on the 20th June)
