Job Title/Position: Financial Operations Analyst
Position Type/Location: FullTime Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 2 PM 10 PM EST
• Tuesday: 7 AM 3 PM EST
• Wednesday to Friday: 9 AM 5 PM EST

About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant group looking to expand our back office operations team. We currently operate with a focus on efficiency quality and financial health. Our team is in search of a Financial Operations Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing inventory reports building financial reports and supporting our catering operations back office.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Monitor operational costs including COGS and labor to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved financial management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics identify trends and make informed decisions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Analyze operational processes for inefficiencies suggesting and implementing strategies to streamline operations reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure catering services adhere to company quality standards and help develop these standards to guarantee consistent quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial and inventory analysis preferably within the restaurant or catering industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial reports and understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Familiarity with process optimization techniques and quality assurance standards.
• Proficiency in advanced software tools relevant to financial reporting and data analysis. Specific software knowledge should be mentioned if applicable.
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in English. While high fluency is not required the ability to understand and perform written tasks is essential.

• Comfortable with a flexible schedule primarily focusing on Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings for timesensitive tasks.

Note: This position requires a bit of an unconventional schedule with late hours on Monday and an early start on Tuesday to accommodate for inventory analysis postinventory counts. The candidate must be comfortable with this schedule.
