Store Manager

Our client is seeking for a dynamic and experienced Saudi nationality to join our client team as Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales performance customer service and inventory management.

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales including merchandising promotional events and customer engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including inventory management cash handling and store cleanliness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers promoting brand loyalty and driving repeat business.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

Saudi nationality.

Previous experience in retail management preferably in the fashion industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.

Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
