Salary Range: $44.80 $49.23 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday Friday (No weekend rotation)

Overview:

Intercare Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a great team at skilled nursing facility. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing highquality rehabilitation services to our residents.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 400
• LongTerm Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
• Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
• Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250275 beds

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units including LTC AL and ILF.
• Collaborate with the activity department staff to coordinate offsite trips and activities often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
• Participate in special events staff appreciation days and activities as part of the team.
• Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the administration and the DOR/Rehab team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing highquality care and services to residents
