Salary Range: $27$28.90 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday through Friday (Flexible No weekend rotation)

Overview: Join a dedicated team as an Occupational Health Assistant Therapist in a vibrant senior living community. This facility is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 400
  • LongTerm Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
  • Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
  • Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250275 beds
• Facilities: 2 Licensed buildings with AL another AL/LTC unit and an AL dementia unit. The ILF consists of private homes cottages and a condotype building that also houses the pool and fitness center.
• Community Activities: A very active ILF community with offsite trips sports tournaments and many other amenities.
• Staff and Support: Fulltime Activity department staff for the Licensed buildings that offer offsite trips/activities often coordinated with Rehab Services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in various units including LTC AL and ILF.
• Collaborate with a fulltime activity department staff to coordinate offsite trips and activities often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
• Participate in special events staff appreciation days and activities as part of the team.
• Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Health Assistant Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing highquality care and services to residents
