Position: Website Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist
Working Hours: FullTime 40 hrs per week 8:00 pm 5:00 pm EST
Salary: $USD/month (depending on the client’s final offer)


About the Role:
The Website Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's website creating engaging content and managing our digital marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills creative flair and marketing expertise to effectively communicate our brand and services to a wide audience.


Role Responsibilities:

• Website Development and Maintenance:
  • Design develop and maintain the company website to ensure it is userfriendly visually appealing and uptodate.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Ensure website security and perform regular backups and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
  • Integrate thirdparty tools and plugins to enhance website functionality.
• Content Creation:
  • Develop and write engaging and informative content for the website blog newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Create highquality graphics videos and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to generate content that showcases our projects and expertise.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Create and schedule regular posts on platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in website development and digital marketing preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of SEO SEM and digital advertising best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Development Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
