As a Support Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations - Providing support to various departments as needed - Contributing to the overall success of the organization To excel in this role, you must possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. You should also be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Additionally, a proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
