About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design compelling visual content for a variety of platforms including digital ads social media emails and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to ensure cohesive and appealing visual storytelling.
• Maintain and expand the companys brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Translate complex ideas into visually engaging and clear graphics.
• Review and proof designs to ensure highquality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide input during brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for approval.
• Adjust designs based on feedback ensuring final graphics are appealing and onbrand.

Graphic Designer Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Strong understanding of visual composition typography and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g. After Effects) is a plus.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and iterate based on feedback.
