Senior Manager - FX Sales - Bank Nizwa

Job Purpose:

To identify Secure and convert / execute new foreign exchange (FX) sales opportunities and enhance the FX relationship of the Bank with its existing clientele. Assist Head of Treasury in other related task and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients understanding their treasury needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Drive new sales opportunities by identifying client and prospect treasury management needs through consultative sales and relationship reviews
• Proactively identify crossselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote and sell a wide treasury products including foreign exchange (FX) FX forwards and help in developing other Treasury products such as profit rate derivatives hedging solutions and structured products.
• Understand client requirements and tailor treasury solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Facilitate treasury related business and product development activities through market research and data analysis on financial markets and economic outlooks
• Conduct market research and data analysis on financial markets and opportunities for potential treasury related business development and products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
• Prospect for new clients and conduct market research to identify potential target clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as relationship managers and product specialists to create customized treasury solutions for prospective clients.
• Analyse and interpret market data to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities revenue generation and market developments.

• Essential: Bachelor Degree
• Preferred Finance / Related Field (Economics / Business etc.); Treasuryrelated qualification; and Postgraduate degree would be an advantage
• 9 years with a Minimum 5 years experience in an FX sale related role in a banks treasury department. Strong knowledge of treasury products including FX IRS and hedging solutions. Proven track record in sales and business development within the corporate banking sector. Good Islamic Banking Knowledge
