Cybersecurity Information Systems Security Engineer L4

MUST HAVE A TS/SCI TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION

We are seeking a skilled individual for the role of Cybersecurity Information Systems Security Engineer! This position involves working closely with the program manager on classified projects ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support for classified networks maintaining their confidentiality availability and integrity.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity programs adhering to DAF DoD and IC standards.
• Implement and oversee security features to protect against unauthorized access and evolving threats.
• Contribute to major initiatives by overseeing technical and engineering facets to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and provide pragmatic solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant DoD experience.
• Deep understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST standards.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity policies programs processes and methodologies.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks resources and timelines effectively.
• Recognized industry expertise with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Masters degree in Arts Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• IASAE Level III certification or IAM Level III with relevant experience.
