IT Project Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to work remotely from Portugal for an interesting project.

Functions

Documentation Management
Data Tracking and Reporting
Administrative Support
Resource Coordination
Financial Tracking
Tool and Software Management
Communication Facilitation
Issue and Risk Tracking
Process Adherence
Meeting Coordination
Training and Onboarding
Quality Assurance
Working with other IT Leads (SDS and BPM) and architects to ensuring technical solutions are aligned to Architecture strategy
Ensuring BPM Squads are aligned to Product priorities
Ensuring Technical Solution Security and Data Architecture approvals with support from E2E IT team if/when required.
Providing release estimation based on current requirements and velocity of the team calculate the targeted Go Live date alongside BPM Cross team

Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks concurrently.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies.
Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experienced in Appian deliveries and an expert in software engineering and cloud
Strong understanding of Operations processes
Proven experience in multiple aspects of Project Delivery/Management using Agile Frameworks
Strong communication and organisation skills at both technical and business level
Ability to define design implementation testing deployment and postrelease support in an agile development environment
Experience at executing engineering and release priorities successfully through strong leadership and communication
