Sr Finance executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning analysis and reporting ensuring the company's financial health and supporting decisionmaking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting forecasting and longterm planning.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights on business performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

• Budget Management:

  • Lead the budgeting process working with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial policies.

• Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the monthend and yearend closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

• Strategic Financial Guidance:

  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks.
  • Support mergers acquisitions and other strategic initiatives with financial analysis and due diligence.

• Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Manage working capital and optimize cash management practices.
  • Forecast cash requirements and develop strategies to meet them.

• Tax and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA CFA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Executive Senior Accountant or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
