Position Virtual Relationship Manager
Job Role The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
To achieve assigned business targets and enhance net worth of relationships by upselling
& cross selling AMCs mutual fund products.
To acquire clients profile them and suggest suitable schemes as per their investment
objective & risk appetite.
To ensure regular contact with all the mapped clients through regular calls.
To be a single point of contact for the assigned set of clients and ensure highest standard
of service delivery.
To stay well versed and updated about all the schemes offered by the fund house.
Knowledge & Essential Skills:
Good communication skills
Relationship skills necessary to manage clients.
Good knowledge of MF industry products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)
High Enthusiasm
Academics:
Minimum Qualification: Fulltime Graduation or MBA
Remarks:
Candidate having a prior call center experience will be preferred
