AGRIM is a fastgrowing agritech startup building an ondemand B2B Agriinputs marketplace. Agriinputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds Agro Chemicals Fertilizers AgroTools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform.
Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and exentrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best startup teams with senior executives from Tier1 education institutes ecommerce companies such as Amazon Hopscotch Policy Bazaar etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Develop onboarding programs for new employees with Effective ADDIE model.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Make sure the trainings conducted are aligned with the company goal
Introduce innovative training methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including department heads and HR
Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes preparing comprehensive reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
1 Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3 Ability to identify gaps in skills.
4 Excellent organizational skills.
5 Multilingual skills considered an added advantage
6 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
