About the project:

You will be providing services for Italianspeaking clients of an online travel agency based in Barcelona Spain that offers deals in regular and charter flights lowcost airlines hotels car rental dynamic packages holiday packages and travel insurance. It also collaborates with more than 450 airlines on 155000 different routes as well as with more than 855000 hotels around the world in 40000 destinations.

• Work location: Lisbon
• Working Hours: Fulltime (40 hours/week) Monday Sunday 23:008:00
  

Your tasks:

• Maintain high satisfaction standards and consistently surpass customer expectations while managing bookings queries and requests.
  
• Take ownership and responsibility demonstrating resilience and the ability to positively influence outcomes.
  
• Resolve problems by applying established policies procedures and tactics while also thinking creatively when standard methods fall short.
  
• Remain flexible and maintain a positive mindset in the face of constant change.
  

What you need:

• Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2)
  
• Fluent in English language (at least C1)
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
