We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer and Project Manager to develop and manage standardized professional development processes and protocols. The ideal candidate will leverage their instructional design expertise to create effective learning solutions and manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational policies and branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage standardized PD processes that comply with HR and organizational policies.
- Utilize instructional design skills to analyze needs design develop deploy and evaluate formal and informal development solutions.
- Create interactive elearning courses simulations assessments and other learning materials using Articulate Storyline.
- Review and reconcile courses for consistency accuracy and alignment with design standards.
- Develop standardized templates guidelines and documentation for learning processes.
- Create detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories providing training and guidance to stakeholders and team members.
- Manage larger or multiple projects ensuring timely and professional stakeholder communication and issue escalation when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong ethical behavior and risk mitigation by following established procedures.
- Present information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings.
- Solve complex challenges independently finding effective solutions with minimal guidance.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline for developing interactive elearning courses simulations and assessments.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles adult learning theory and multimedia learning principles.
Experience in developing and managing standardized processes or protocols that comply with HR and organizational policies.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously including larger projects that span multiple clients or business units.
Ability to consistently monitor tasks and projects responding to stakeholder requests accurately and promptly.
Ability to create detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories and provide training on best practices.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting information clearly to larger group settings.
