Our client is a official importer and distributor of products from the USA who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
  • Analyze the market and competitors to position the brand and identify insights of target customers.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to develop longterm mediumterm and shortterm communication and product advertising strategies.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities (providing consultation and support in controlling: image content and digital marketing campaigns).
  • Develop ideas and implement marketing programs.
  • Manage the team assign tasks supervise work and control the quality of outputs.
  • Coordinate closely with relevant departments to jointly execute the companys overall marketing campaigns.
  • Be responsible for reporting marketing activities to superiors on a weekly monthly and yearly basis.
  • Research and develop new digital marketing channels update new advertising and communication trends on platforms like Facebook Google YouTube TikTok Zalo etc. and implement approved proposals.
  • Allocate the marketing budget for campaigns and digital marketing channels.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of running digital marketing channels. Measure and report metrics and tasks as required (weekly monthly).

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing or related fields with knowledge/experience in digital marketing.
  • At least 23 years of experience in marketing; having served as a marketing team leader for 6 months or more is an advantage.
  • Proficient in planning creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and channels to attract potential customers.
  • Knowledge and skills in website analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends).
  • Experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Proficient in performance measurement tools.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Communication skills.
