About The Client

Role and Responsibilities:

• Gathering analyzing and validating user business processes and requirements ensuring accurate documentation into functional and nonfunctional specifications.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define integration requirements between modules and interfaces with other systems.
• Performing requirement traceability and managing scope creep including identification of outofscope requirements and escalation of issues.
• Reviewing and evaluating impact analyses functional and technical designs and specifications from both business and technical perspectives.
• Reporting project status and implementing risk/issue mitigation strategies.
• Managing and resolving issues arising from business requirements or systems solutions.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of project management experience in banking industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure/ network projects including handson implementation.
• Proficiency in documentation using PowerPoint Excel and Word.
• Strong problemsolving skills including ASIS clarification/ visualization root cause analysis and preparation of decisionmaking documents.
• Able to speak in English and Japanese (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients).
• Experience with migration from Notes/ Domino to Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure as well as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Clientfacing experience and prior working experience in a consulting firm.
